Win four three-day weekend passes to Central Otago Tracks & Wheels, Easter 2027.

1.The promoter

This giveaway is run by Central Otago Tracks & Wheels ("the promoter"), organisers of the Central Otago Tracks & Wheels event in Cromwell, Central Otago, New Zealand. For any questions, email event@tracksandwheels.co.nz.

2.The prize

One prize is available: four (4) three-day weekend passes to Central Otago Tracks & Wheels, held Friday 26 to Sunday 28 March 2027 (Easter weekend) in Cromwell, Central Otago.

The prize is the event passes only. Travel, accommodation, food, beverages and any other costs are not included.
The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must not be resold.
Passes are subject to the event's own entry terms and health & safety rules.

3.How to enter

To enter, subscribe to the Central Otago Tracks & Wheels email list using the sign-up form at tracksandwheels.co.nz with a valid email address and by giving marketing consent. Each entry is one subscription. There is no cost to enter and no purchase is necessary.

4.Who can enter

Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
One entry per email address. Duplicate or automated entries may be disqualified.
Members of the promoter's committee and their immediate families are not eligible.

5.Entry period and the draw

Entries are open from the launch of the giveaway until 11:59pm (NZT) on 30 August 2026. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 31 August 2026.

6.Notifying the winner

The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw, using the email address they subscribed with. If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, the promoter may draw a replacement winner. The winner may be named in event communications and on the promoter's channels.

7.Your details and privacy

By entering, you agree to receive email updates about Central Otago Tracks & Wheels. We only use your details to run the giveaway and send you event updates, and we never sell them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

8.General

The promoter's decisions on all matters relating to the giveaway are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the promoter's control, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.
The promoter may amend these terms or cancel the giveaway if required by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media or email platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
