Why Take a Site

A machinery show brings a crowd that stays all day: they arrive early, they eat on site, and they walk every row. We're taking enquiries across the lot:

  • Food trucks & catering vans, breakfast through to the last parade.
  • Trade & machinery exhibitors: put your gear and your brand in front of the exact audience that buys it.
  • Market & craft stalls for the family crowd between parades.
  • Community & club sites: local clubs and causes are part of the furniture.

All rates cover the full three days, Good Friday to Easter Sunday, and exclude GST. Passes for your crew are included in the price. There is no power supplied to sites, so bring your own generator. Sites are limited and sponsors are placed first, so get your name down early.
