World Record Steward
The marquee job: run the counting blocks and staging for the Massey
Ferguson record parade. Every tractor counted is a tractor toward the record.
Car Parking Marshal
Keep the parking grid tight and the traffic flowing. High-vis on,
big weekend, a great one for clubs and organised groups.
Registration Tent
First face participants see. On-site registration, wristbands
and machine check-in as the field fills up.
Gate & Entry
Tickets, passes and a friendly welcome at the front gate,
from early arrivals to the afternoon rush.
Camping Check-In
Check self-contained campers into the camping area and keep
the overnight village running smoothly.
Setup & Marking Out
The working-bee days before the gates open: pegging out sites,
marking the grid and building the show from a bare paddock.
Pack-Down
When it's all over, help pull it all down: signage, fencing
and the last of the gear off the site.
Rubbish & Waste
Keep the grounds tidy across the weekend so the site looks
as good on Sunday as it did on Friday morning.
Team Lead
Lead a volunteer team through the weekend. Continuous roles
come with priority food and drink. You keep the show moving.
Kids Zone
Help run the kids activities area through the weekend. A current
Police vetting check is required for this role, so apply early.
